Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at gustavoandante@gmail.com. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not require items to be physically returned. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will resolve the issue directly — either through a replacement or a full refund.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us about your issue, and once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund so you can repurchase.

Refunds
 If your refund is approved, you'll be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at gustavoandante@gmail.com.
